Remember clarity is key, don't confuse your audience. And you are not your customer.
What is your vision and mission for your business? How will you use what you do best to serve others?
Who are you specifically serving? Who is your ideal customer?
How will you draw them to your site? Ex.: social media, email marketing, networking, referrals, speaking, etc.
What are their biggest challenges that you can help your customers with?
What problem is your customer looking for you to solve?
What types of services do you offer? Do you price hourly, by the class/ program/ product? Do you have packages?
What clarity does your customer need around your services?
What keeps your customer up at night?
What are the expectations your customer has when doing business with your company?
How does what you offer help your customer survive and thrive?
What does your customer do in their leisure time?
How is your customer going to feel when hiring you gives them back some of their time AND their business doubles as a result of your services?
What are your calls to action?
Remember to position your client as a hero. What can you do to position your brand as the guide to their success story? Hint...You need Empathy and Authority.
What is there to lose if your potential client doesn’t work with you? What is their vulnerability or what are you helping them avoid?
If you could offer your customer a membership experience so they felt a part of something, what would that be?
Who does your customer want to become? What kind of person do they want to be?
In one sentence how do you want your customer to feel?
What is your plan or process after a customer shows interest in working with you?
